Al Salam platinum and gold cardholders will receive round-the-clock 24/7 customer service support and any customer who might lose his card will be issued with a new one within 24 hrs and delivered to him by the fastest means available wherever he is anywhere in the world.

In addition, the cards are offered in two currencies; the Platinum Card which is based in USD while the Gold Card is in BHD.”
