Al Salam Bank-Bahrain, one of the pioneering Shari’a-compliant banks in the Kingdom, announced the launch of its banking services and facilities in its branch located in the Seef District that will serve customers with special needs. The branch new services includes a dedicated car parking access, customer service counter, well-equipped ATM services for its customers with special needs that has been tailored to meet the banking needs with easier access in a convenient and secure environment.
Mr. Anwar Murad, Deputy Group CEO of Banking at Al Salam Bank-Bahrain said: In line with our continuous commitment towards all segments of society, especially for people with special needs who are an integral part of this society, we invite our customers with special needs to visit our Seef District branch that features latest core banking technology enabled for visual and auditory banking means to serve the special needs customers.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Central Bank of Bahrain guidance and supervision that assisted us in facilitating our banking services in a more user-friendly environment that suits all customer categories.
He further added, our Seef District branch is well-equipped with an ATM for visually impaired, a dedicated customer service counter to open new account or enquire on banking services and transactions, in addition, the Bank also allocated car parking access with entrance area adapted for customers with special needs. The staff are also trained professionals who can communicate in sign language with customers of hearing disabilities and they are readily available to meet customer’s banking requirements in a comfortable and secure environment.
