Al Salam Bank-Bahrain uses the latest technology with robust security methods, including 128-bits SSL encryption, firewalls, timed log-out and access blocking in case of repeated incorrect password entry, to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal and financial information.

However, the ultimate key to security is in your hand. Here are some steps that you should take to ensure that you are taking the necessary precautions:

Password Protection

Change your passwords when you receive them the first time, and regularly afterwards (at least once a month).

Your passwords must be 6-8 characters in length and should be alphanumeric (combination of letters and numbers) with no special characters

Memorize your passwords. Do not write them down or leave them anywhere that someone else can obtain and use them or share them with anyone. Do not store your passwords in your mobile or email.

Never reveal your passwords to anyone, including the employees of Al Salam Bank-Bahrain. Al Salam Bank-Bahrain will never ask you to disclose your passwords to any of Al Salam Bank-Bahrain staff.

Use passwords that are hard to guess. Avoid real words or those that can be easily identified, such as, name, family name, date of birth, telephone number, etc.

Notify Al Salam Bank-Bahrain immediately if you suspect that your password has become known to someone else.

If you forget your password please contact Al Salam Bank-Bahrain.
